What other way to slurp up your favourite soup dumplings than in a colourful array of 8 flavours - original, ginseng, foie gras, black truffle, crab roe, cheese, garlic and Szechuan? Expect a steaming hot bowl of spicy, tangy sauce encasing a generous helping of fresh minced meat and mushrooms. The noodles are smooth and firm with a chewy bite to it, and in a good portion that'll leave you burping in satisfaction. Silky soft wonton skins wrap a juicy filling of succulent prawns and pork, swimming in a fiery sauce of tasty chili vinaigrette that promises a spicy kick in every bite.
One other item that we had never encountered when traveling is that they do not provide napkins but you can ask for them , but do charge you. Apparently if you don't use them, you aren't charged. They also do a great job of checking that you ordered correctly, that you receive everything you ordered, and that you are billed correctly. More so than any other restaurant in Singapore.
This restaurant has nice ambience Service varies with different people. Food is above average.
Can try. Came here for dinner.
Luckily we came at around 4pm cos by the time we left, there was a long queue outside. We sat outdoor cos all the indoor seats were filled. Unlike the ones I had eaten. The ingredients are braised first. Could hardly finish even when I was sharing with mum attached pic from other source Radish pastry: OMG this is heavenly.

The pastry simply fall apart when you eat it. And the radish is so light. Simply delicious 8 color xiaolongbao, tasty wanton noodles and Shanghainese niangao, plus a waiter is full of courtesy. Cuisines: Chinese. The xiaolongbao were delicious, but hard to eat without chopsticks, a spoon, a dish for vinegar, or a bowl. These arrived on request, one at a time, five minutes apart, so by the time we had all the necessary eating utensils the dumplings were cold. A great shame. Fiona Reilly.
